Shipments refused for any reason can result in additional charges that will become the sole responsibility of the customer.ДЄny and all unauthorized refused and returned shipments will be subject to charges for shipping costs plus any additional charges incurred from the refusal. Send a copy to Cashmans via text or email so we can file a damage claim.В If possible, please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for the claim.Д¬ashmans will handle replacement shipments on a case by case basis. If any damage occurred during transit, document the damages on the delivery receipt in detail and have it signed by the driver.

We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product before the driver leaves. Inspecting for DamageД¬ashmans is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. If your shipment is accidentally misplaced by the carrier, they will request 10 business days or more in order to locate the freight before Cashmans is allowed to file a freight loss claim.ДЇreight carriers only cover a percentage of product values so insurance is recommended. Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost prior to shipment. Shipping timeframes are estimates and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

It is the customerвЂ™s responsibility to notify Cashmans of receiving hours at the delivery location.Д¬ommercial Business Freight is вЂњNO TOUCHвЂќ, truck drivers are not responsible for removing product off of the truck. Commercial Business FreightДeliveries to a commercial business with a loading dock and forklift are required to have someone present at the time of delivery to avoid re-delivery charges. It is the customerвЂ™s responsibility to notify Cashmans if your delivery location has potential limited access issuesВ such as narrow roads, low hanging trees, etc.ДЄny re-delivery charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer if delivery is attempted and cannot be completed. Limited AccessДЇreight deliveries will arrive on a 53вЂ™ enclosed 18-wheel semi. Someone should be there to accept the delivery and make sure there are no damages (see what to do if a shipment is damaged вЂ“ below).Д¬ustomers are responsible for re-delivery charges and detention charges (if the driver has to stay for more than 25 minutes to unload). This DOES NOTВ include moving the pallet away from where itвЂ™s dropped off. The lift gate service will transfer the product off of the semi-truck and onto the curb at the delivery site.

Muck bucket full#

Shipments that are less than a full semi-truckload and are going to a residence (a non-commercial business without a loading dock or forklift) require a lift gate which is built into the cost of shipping. Custom and special orders have longer lead times which will be communicated at the time of the order.

Cashmans ships in-stock items within 1-2 business days.
